What to check when a cruise price drops after booking, from matching the exact fare to weighing lost onboard credit, promotions, and change fees before asking for a reprice.
The comparison
sea.deals compares one room type on one sailing with its own last verified price, on standard terms: you choose your room, normal cancellation, no flights bundled. A different room type or fare program is never compared with it.
Price-drop email rule
At least $50 and 2% lower
Both thresholds must be met. The first fare creates a baseline; it does not send a price-drop email.

Same sailing, same room type, same fare terms, and the same unit: per guest, or per suite where the line prices by suite.

Both prices come from checks that saw every fare the line offered for that sailing. A check that missed a fare is never used.

Check the full history to see whether the new fare is a tracked low or a return to its usual range.
